There are some rentals who charges fees and/or local taxes on their premises. When you deliver the car back after rental, it is a common thing to deliver it back with a full gas tank. You will also be charged for any toll passes between 6-14 weeks after the rental car has been returned.

When booking your rental, you will usually choose a car group, for example an SUV, and then you'll be assigned a car according to availability within the class. Yes, it's possible. Use the details of the person you are renting the car for when booking. Make sure the person has a valid certificate, and accompanies you to pick up the car.
Road tolls will be charged after the rental are complete. After calculating, they will first be attempted deducted from your card. If that doesn't work, you will receive an invoice by email.
